I’m Sheryl, a passionate advocate for a comprehensive, integrative approach to health one that considers the full connection between nutrition, body function, and overall well-being.


My journey with food began in the kitchen, where I worked as a professional cook before becoming a (RD) registered dietitian. Cooking and eating have always been a source of joy for me, but like many, I faced challenges in maintaining a healthy weight. Through years of hands-on experience in both culinary and clinical settings, I discovered the transformative power of functional nutrition. This approach not only revitalized my own energy and health but also deepened my ability to help others take charge of their well-being.


With over 15 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve served as a dietitian, well-being expert, and coach, offering a wealth of knowledge and compassionate guidance to my clients. My expertise includes a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, advanced clinical training as a lifestyle eating and performance therapist in managing food sensitivities, and certification as a Monash FODMAP trained dietitian. I continually expand my knowledge through ongoing education in mindfulness and integrative nutrition, ensuring that I provide the most effective, science-backed strategies tailored to each individual. Whether through education, coaching, or personal connection, my mission is to help people feel their best one step, one meal, and one mindful choice at a time. I believe that small, intentional shifts can lead to profound transformations, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with my clients.
