Tea & Tools for Winter Blues

Saturday, January 24, 2026 (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Overview

A winter healing workshop with tea making, meditation, movement, breakout rooms, sound healing, and tools for the winter blues.

Winter can feel quiet, heavy, and isolating. Tea & Tools for the Winter Blues is a five-hour, in-person healing workshop designed to support emotional wellbeing during the winter months.

This workshop centers healing-focused practices that support the body and mind during periods of loneliness and low mood. The day includes guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, sound healing, hands-on tea making, facilitated breakout rooms, and reflective practices.

Breakout rooms are structured healing spaces focused on shared experiences of winter, emotional heaviness, and resilience. Participation is encouraged, with respect for individual pace and comfort.

Throughout the day, participants will take part in tea making, learning how to prepare warming, soothing teas traditionally used during colder seasons. This practice offers grounding, sensory comfort, and practical tools that can be continued at home.

This healing workshop is welcoming of diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences. Respect, confidentiality, and care for self and others are expected.
