The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate Heather and Grace Health as they officially welcome the community to their newly expanded location on Main Street in Manchester!

Heather founded Grace Health after recognizing that far too many women were being underserved in traditional healthcare settings. With a passion for providing compassionate, personalized care, she created an independent practice where every patient is truly known, heard, and treated as an individual—not just another chart number.

Her move to Main Street marks an exciting new chapter, allowing Grace Health to expand its services and continue its mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered healthcare to women in our community.

Come celebrate this milestone with us as we officially welcome Grace Health to its new home, meet Heather, tour the beautiful new space, and show your support for a local business that is making a meaningful impact in Manchester.
